This chapter is about ownership—the point where you stop thinking about what to do and start doing it, because it’s simply who you are now.
You’ve learned how to fast, how to eat, how to move, and how to listen to your body. You’ve seen what happens when you actually give it what it needs.
Now the goal is simple: keep going.
Not perfectly—just consistently. Even when life gets busy.
There’s no perfect way to do this. Your routine will change. Your energy will shift. Your body will adjust. That’s normal.
What matters is that your foundation stays solid: real food, movement, recovery, and fasting that fits your life.
This is what it means to live the lifestyle—not try it.
