Hi, I’m Donna. I started my career in the traditional weight loss industry, teaching people to cut calories and work out harder. I followed the same rule myself and from the outside I looked fit and healthy.

But when real life stress hit, my health collapsed.

That’s when I realized the body I had built could survive starvation dieting and brutal workouts. It couldn’t survive stress, grief, and real life.

So I rebuilt my entire approach to weight loss and health.
